Local Search Visibility
Built around the business problem.
The local search project focused on making the business easier to find and easier to choose. Website content and Google Business Profile information were reorganised around the services and locations customers actually search for.
What needed to change.
The business relied on customers within a defined service area, but its local presence was inconsistent. Service descriptions differed between the website and Google profile, categories were incomplete and important trust information was difficult to find. That weakened both visibility and customer confidence.
Strategy before decoration.
We aligned the business information across the main local discovery points. Services, categories, locations, opening information and customer actions were reviewed together so search engines and potential customers received the same clear signals.
Designed to work, not just look good.
The work includes Google Business Profile optimisation, service/category cleanup, local page structure, on-page SEO recommendations, review journey planning and website improvements for calls, messages and quote requests. Content focuses on useful local intent rather than repeating location names unnaturally.
Clearer journeys. Better touchpoints.
A customer moving from Google Search or Maps to the website sees consistent service information and obvious contact options. Trust signals, service coverage and next steps are easier to confirm before making contact.
Work that moves the business forward.
The business has a more coherent local search foundation, better organised customer information and a clearer process for maintaining its Google presence as services or locations change.
